Warner Bros

Warner Bros. is a leading media and entertainment company, and one of the largest film studios. I was the lead designer for their careers website redesign among a team of three with a creative director and another designer. The project engagement included designing the style guide, overall user experience, and more clarity on their filters’ functionality on the job listings page. The goal of the project was to refresh their existing site and experience to capture a fresh, modern, and welcoming feeling that was also responsive. The careers page is currently live.

Problem

The end goal was to get users to apply to open jobs. In the previous design, there were too many steps, such as having to first select an industry before getting to the job postings. It was also important to the client that the user could do advanced filtering on the results when searching.

Solution

We completley rebranded the site and delivered a new style guide that aimed to attract new candidates. The information architecture was restructured to make content more accessible. Lastly, we gave users more entry points to perform a search. After the user starts to scroll, quick search remains available in the sticky header.
